Description
- TPS76433DBVT — это линейный стабилизатор с фиксированным выходным напряжением 3,3 В и низким падением напряжения (LDO), который обеспечивает преимущества низкого шума, низкого падения напряжения и низкого энергопотребления. Кроме того, по сравнению с обычными LDO-стабилизаторами они отличаются низким током покоя. Сочетание новой схемотехники и инноваций в технологическом процессе позволило заменить традиционный PNP-проходной транзистор на PMOS-проходной элемент. Поскольку PMOS-проходной элемент ведет себя как резистор с малым сопротивлением, падение напряжения очень низкое — typically 300 мВ при токе нагрузки 150 мА и прямо пропорционально току нагрузки. Так как PMOS-проходной элемент управляется напряжением, ток покоя очень низкий (максимум 140 мкА) и стабилен во всем диапазоне выходного тока нагрузки (от 0 мА до 150 мА).
