Description
- Оценочный модуль TSW1250EVM предназначен для оценки производительности устройств серии AFE58xx. Он включает в себя высокоскоростной десериализатор LVDS и систему анализа, которые предоставляют комплексный набор аппаратных средств и программного обеспечения пользовательского интерфейса для эффективной оценки производительности высокоскоростного аналого-цифрового преобразователя (АЦП). В частности, высокоскоростного АЦП, использующего формат низковольтного дифференциального сигнала (LVDS) для выходных данных преобразователя. Устройства серии AFE58xx для ультразвуковых систем имеют высокоскоростной АЦП с выходами LVDS для оцифрованных данных, что идеально подходит для оценки с помощью системы TSW1250. Высококачественный тактовый сигнал с низким джиттером и высококачественная входная частота подаются на оценочный модуль AFE58XX.
