Description
- ON Semiconductor has the solution you need for your voltage control needs with their UC3843BDR2G current controller. This current mode controller supports boost|flyback topology. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000(Max) mA. It has a switching frequency of 500 kHz. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This current mode controller has a minimum operating temperature of 0 °C and a maximum of 70 °C. This current mode controller"s maximum duty cycle is 96(Typ) %. This device has a maximum of 30 V.
