Семейство UCCx80x высокоскоростных маломощных интегральных схем содержит все компоненты управления и драйвера, необходимые для построения импульсных источников питания с фиксированной частотой, работающих в режиме управления током, как сетевых, так и DC-DC, с минимальным количеством внешних компонентов.
Эти устройства имеют ту же конфигурацию выводов, что и семейство UCx84x, а также предлагают дополнительные функции: внутренний мягкий старт на полный цикл и внутреннее подавление фронта на входе датчика тока.
Семейство UCCx80x предлагает различные варианты корпусов, диапазоны рабочих температур, выбор максимального коэффициента заполнения и выбор критических уровней напряжения. Микросхемы с более низким опорным напряжением, такие как UCC2803 и UCC2805, лучше всего подходят для систем с батарейным питанием, в то время как более высокое опорное напряжение и больший гистерезис UVLO у UCC2802 и UCC2804 делают их идеальным выбором для сетевых источников питания.
Серия UCC180x предназначена для работы в диапазоне от -55°C до 125°C, серия UCC280x — от -40°C до 85°C, а серия UCC380x — от 0°C до 70°C.
