Don"t let unpredictable voltage levels ruin your circuit! Use this LDO ZXCL280E5TA linear regulator from Diodes Zetex to control your voltage levels! This device has a maximum power dissipation of 450 mW. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.14@100mA V. It has an overall accuracy of ±3 %. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.15(Min) A. Using the part will provide the power your application needs by requiring a voltage only of 2 V and not exceeding a voltage of 5.5 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 2.8 V, this is power management at its best. Your circuit has the capability to produce a constant current at its output by using a load regulation of 0.04%/mA and line regulation of 0.1%/V. Its maximum power dissipation is 450 mW. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging so that components can be mounted effectively. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.28@100mA V. Its polarity is positive.
