- Микросхема 24C01A/02A/04A компании Microchip Technology Inc. представляет собой электрически стираемое ПЗУ (EEPROM) емкостью 1K/2K/4K бит. Устройство организовано, как показано, с использованием стандартного двухпроводного последовательного интерфейса. Передовая КМОП-технология позволяет значительно снизить энергопотребление по сравнению с последовательными устройствами на n-МОП. Особенность микросхем 24C02A и 24C04A заключается в аппаратной защите от записи верхней половины блока. Микросхемы 24C01A и 24C02A поддерживают страничную запись объемом два байта, а 24C04A — длину страницы восемь байт. К одной двухпроводной шине можно подключить до восьми устройств 24C01A или 24C02A и до четырех устройств 24C04A.
