ОПИСАНИЕ
AD845 — это быстрый, точный, монолитный операционный усилитель с N-канальным JFET-входом. Он изготавливается с использованием комплементарного биполярного (КБ) процесса компании Analog Devices. Передовая технология лазерной подстройки пластин позволяет достичь очень низкого входного напряжения смещения и дрейфа напряжения смещения. Эта точность в сочетании со скоростью нарастания 100 В/мкс, стабильной полосой единичного усиления 16 МГц и временем установления 350 нс до 0,01% при параллельной нагрузке 100 пФ и 500 Ом представляет собой комбинацию характеристик, не имеющую аналогов среди FET-входных интегральных усилителей. AD845 может легко использоваться для модернизации многих существующих проектов, в которых применяются BiFET или FET-входные гибридные усилители, а в некоторых случаях — и операционные усилители с биполярным входом.
