ADL5610 — это однотактный усилитель-блок усиления ВЧ/ПЧ, обеспечивающий широкополосную работу от 30 МГц до 6 ГГц. ADL5610 обеспечивает низкий коэффициент шума 2,2 дБ при одновременно очень высоком OIP3 (более 38 дБм), что обеспечивает высокий динамический диапазон.
ADL5610 обеспечивает коэффициент усиления 18 дБ, который стабилен по частоте, температуре, напряжению питания и от прибора к прибору. Усилитель поставляется в стандартном корпусе SOT-89 и имеет внутреннее согласование по входу и выходу на 50 Ом, что упрощает его применение в самых различных приложениях. Единственными внешними компонентами являются разделительные конденсаторы по входу и выходу, развязывающие конденсаторы источника питания и дроссель смещения.
ADL5610 имеет высокий уровень защиты от электростатического разряда (ESD) ±1,5 кВ (класс 1C) и полностью специфицирован для работы в широком диапазоне температур от –40°C до +105°C.
Доступна полностью укомплектованная оценочная плата, соответствующая стандарту RoHS.
