Микросхема AM26LV32 представляет собой BiCMOS-счетверенный дифференциальный приемник линии с тремя состояниями выхода, разработанный для совместимости с приемниками TIA/EIA-422-B и Рекомендацией ITU V.11, но с уменьшенным диапазоном синфазного напряжения из-за сниженного напряжения питания.
Микросхема оптимизирована для сбалансированной передачи по шине при частотах переключения до 32 МГц. Функция разрешения является общей для всех четырех приемников и предлагает выбор между активным высоким или активным низким уровнем на входах. Выходы с тремя состояниями позволяют подключаться напрямую к системе с шинной организацией. Каждый канал имеет высокое входное сопротивление, входной гистерезис для повышенной помехоустойчивости и чувствительность входа ±200 мВ в диапазоне синфазного входного напряжения от –0,3 В до 5,5 В. При разомкнутых входах выходы находятся в состоянии логической единицы.
Микросхема AM26LV32C рассчитана на работу в диапазоне температур от 0°C до 70°C. Микросхема AM26LV32I рассчитана на работу в диапазоне температур от –45°C до 85°C.
