Description
- CAT4139 представляет собой DC/DC повышающий преобразователь, обеспечивающий точный постоянный ток, идеально подходящий для питания светодиодов. Работа на фиксированной частоте переключения 1 МГц позволяет использовать устройство с малогабаритными внешними керамическими конденсаторами и катушкой индуктивности. Светодиоды, соединенные последовательно, питаются регулируемым током, задаваемым внешним резистором R1. CAT4139 идеально подходит для управления параллельными цепочками до пяти последовательно соединенных белых светодиодов или до 22 В. Регулировка яркости светодиодов может осуществляться с помощью напряжения постоянного тока, логического сигнала или сигнала широтно-импульсной модуляции (ШИМ). Вывод выключения позволяет перевести устройство в режим пониженного энергопотребления с «нулевым» током покоя. Помимо тепловой защиты и ограничения тока перегрузки, устройство также переходит в режим очень низкого энергопотребления при неисправности «обрыв светодиода».
