Description
- Устройство DRV5032 — это сверхнизкопотребляющий цифровой переключатель на основе эффекта Холла, предназначенный для самых компактных и энергозависимых систем. Устройство выпускается с различными частотами опроса, выходными драйверами и в разных корпусах, что позволяет адаптировать его к разнообразным приложениям. ™
- Когда плотность магнитного потока превышает пороговое значение BOP, выход устройства формирует низкий уровень напряжения. Выход остаётся низким до тех пор, пока плотность потока не уменьшится до значения менее BRP; после этого выход либо переходит в высокий уровень напряжения, либо переходит в состояние высокого импеданса — в зависимости от версии устройства. Благодаря встроенному генератору устройство осуществляет выборку магнитного поля и обновляет выход со скоростью 20 Гц (для минимального потребления тока — 5 Гц). Доступны всеполярные и двунаправленные однополярные характеристики реагирования на магнитное поле.
- Устройство работает при напряжении питания VCC от 1,65 В до 5,5 В и поставляется в стандартном корпусе SOT-23 и компактном корпусе X2SON.
