- Высокая эффективность благодаря переключению при нулевом напряжении (ZVS)
- Фиксированное время паузы (350 нс)
- Рабочая частота до 300 кГц
- Пропуск импульсов для ограничения частоты (программируемый) в режиме малой нагрузки
- Дистанционное управление включением/выключением с помощью вывода CON
- Функции защиты: защита от перенапряжения (OVP), защита от перегрузки (OLP), защита от перегрузки по току (OCP), защита от аномального превышения тока (AOCP), внутреннее тепловое отключение (TSD)
