ОПИСАНИЕ
Микросхемы HCC 4051B, 4052B и 4053B (расширенный температурный диапазон) и HCF4051B, 4052B и 4053B
(промежуточный температурный диапазон) представляют собой монолитные интегральные схемы, доступные в 16-выводных пластиковых или керамических корпусах с двухрядным расположением выводов и в пластиковом микрокорпусе. HCC/HCF4051B, HCC/HCF4052B и
HCC/HCF4053B аналоговые мультиплексоры/демультиплексоры представляют собой цифровые аналоговые ключи, имеющие
низкое сопротивление во включенном состоянии и очень низкий ток утечки в выключенном состоянии.
