LB11696V — это ИС предварительного драйвера бесщеточного двигателя с прямым ШИМ-управлением, предназначенная для трехфазных мощных бесщеточных двигателей. Схема драйвера двигателя с требуемой выходной мощностью (напряжением и током) может быть реализована путем добавления дискретных транзисторов в выходные цепи. Кроме того, LB11696V оснащен полным набором защитных цепей, что позволяет легко реализовать высоконадежные схемы привода. Это устройство оптимально для управления всеми типами крупногабаритных двигателей, например, используемых в кондиционерах и проточных водонагревателях.
