Семейство операционных усилителей MCP6141/2/3/4, устойчивых при коэффициенте усиления, отличном от единицы, компании Microchip Technology Inc., работает при однополярном питании напряжением от 1,4 В, потребляя при этом менее 1 мкА (максимум) тока покоя на усилитель. Эти приборы также спроектированы для поддержки работы с входами и выходами типа «rail-to-rail» (от шины до шины). Такое сочетание характеристик делает их пригодными для применений с батарейным питанием и портативных устройств.
Особенности:
• Низкий ток покоя: 600 нА/усилитель (типовое)
• Произведение коэффициента усиления на полосу пропускания: 100 кГц (типовое)
• Устойчив при коэффициентах усиления 10 В/В или выше
• Входы и выходы с размахом «от шины до шины» (Rail-to-Rail)
