Description

MUX36S16 и MUX36D08 (MUX36xxx) представляют собой современные прецизионные аналоговые мультиплексоры на основе КМОП-структуры. MUX36S16 обеспечивает 16:1 однополярных каналов, тогда как MUX36D08 предлагает дифференциальные 8:1 или сдвоенные однополярные каналы 8:1. MUX36S16 и MUX36D08 одинаково хорошо работают как с двухполярным питанием (±5 В до ±18 В), так и с однополярным питанием (10 В до 36 В). Эти устройства также эффективно работают с симметричными источниками питания (например, VDD = 12 В, VSS = –12 В) и несимметричными (например, VDD = 12 В, VSS = –5 В). Все цифровые входы имеют пороговые уровни, совместимые с ТТЛ, что обеспечивает совместимость как с ТТЛ, так и с КМОП-логикой при работе в допустимом диапазоне напряжений питания.
MUX36S16 и MUX36D08 имеют очень низкие токи утечки в открытом и закрытом состояниях, что позволяет этим мультиплексорам коммутировать сигналы от источников с высоким выходным сопротивлением с минимальной погрешностью. Низкий ток потребления 45 мкА позволяет использовать их в энергочувствительных приложениях.
