Description

This LDO NCP565ST12T3G linear regulator from ON Semiconductor gives you control over the voltage levels of your circuit. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.9@1.5A V. It has an overall accuracy of ±3 %. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 1.5 A. The best way to provide power to your application is by using this, which needs a voltage of at least 2.5 V and no higher than 9 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 1.2 V, this is power management at its best. Operate at a constant current by utilizing the load regulation of 0.03%(Typ) and line regulation of 0.03%(Typ). In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. Its polarity is positive. This voltage regulation device has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 1.3@1.5A V.
