Description
- Серия операционных усилителей OPAx365 с нулевым переходом, rail-to-rail, высокой производительностью на КМОП-структуре оптимизирована для работы при очень низком напряжении с однополярным питанием. Вход и выход с полным размахом (rail-to-rail), низкий уровень шума (4,5 нВ/√Гц) и высокая скорость работы (полоса усиления 50 МГц) делают эти устройства идеальными для управления выборкой аналого-цифровых преобразователей (АЦП). Области применения включают аудио, обработку сигналов и усиление сигналов датчиков. Семейство операционных усилителей OPA365 также хорошо подходит для контуров управления усилителями мощности сотовых телефонов.
- Особые характеристики включают отличный коэффициент ослабления синфазного сигнала (CMRR), отсутствие искажений перехода входного каскада, высокое входное сопротивление и размах входного и выходного сигнала от шины до шины. Диапазон синфазного напряжения на входе включает как отрицательную, так и положительную шины питания. Размах выходного напряжения находится в пределах 10 мВ от шин питания.
- OPA365 (одиночная версия) доступна в микрокорпусах SOT23-5 (SOT-5) и SOIC-8. OPA2365 (сдвоенная версия) предлагается в корпусе SOIC-8. Все версии рассчитаны на работу в диапазоне от –40°C до +125°C. Одинарная и сдвоенная версии имеют идентичные характеристики для максимальной гибкости проектирования.
