Description

By using this SG3525AP013TR voltage mode PWM controller from STMicroelectronics you can control voltage levels for encoding a message. Its 2 PWM outputs produce a current of 400(Max) mA. You can operate this at a switching frequency of 400 kHz. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This voltage mode driver has a minimum operating temperature of 0 °C and a maximum of 70 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 4.5 V and a maximum of 35 V. This voltage mode driver"s maximum duty cycle is 49(Typ) %.
