Description
- Устройство SN74CBTLV3257 представляет собой 4-битный 1-из-2 высокоскоростной FET-мультиплексор/демультиплексор. Низкое сопротивление во включенном состоянии ключа позволяет устанавливать соединения с минимальной задержкой распространения.
- Вход выбора (S) управляет потоком данных. FET-мультиплексоры/демультиплексоры отключаются, когда вход разрешения выхода (OE) находится в высоком состоянии.
- Данное устройство полностью специфицировано для применений с частичным отключением питания с использованием Ioff. Функция Ioff гарантирует, что при отключении питания через устройство не будет протекать обратный повреждающий ток. Устройство обеспечивает изоляцию при выключенном питании.
- Для обеспечения высокоимпедансного состояния при включении или выключении питания OE следует подключать к VCC через подтягивающий резистор; минимальное значение резистора определяется способностью драйвера поглощать ток.
- Соединение ключа 5 Ом между двумя портами
- Переключение "от шины до шины" на портах ввода/вывода данных
- Ioff поддерживает работу в режиме частичного отключения питания
- Устойчивость к защелкиванию превышает 100 мА по стандарту JESD 78, класс II
- Защита от электростатического разряда превышает требования JESD 22
