UDN2981A, UDN2982A, UDN2982LW и A2982SLW являются электрически взаимозаменяемыми, выдерживают максимальное выходное напряжение в выключенном состоянии 50 В и работают при минимальном напряжении 5 В; драйверы UDN2983A, UDN2984A, UDN2984LW и A2984SLW являются электрически взаимо
