Description
- The IRFS3806PBF is a HEXFET® N-channel Power MOSFET offers improved gate, avalanche and dynamic dV/dt ruggedness. It is suitable for high efficiency synchronous rectification in SMPS, high speed power switching, hard switched and high frequency circuits.
