100 мА, регулируемый выход, стабилизатор напряжения LDO с защитой от выбросов нагрузки 60 В
Серия LM2931 состоит из положительных фиксированных и регулируемых стабилизаторов выходного напряжения, специально разработанных для поддержания правильной регулировки при чрезвычайно низкой разнице напряжений между входом и выходом. Эти устройства способны обеспечивать выходные токи более 100 мА и отличаются низким током смещения 0,4 мА при выходном токе 10 мА.
