- Микросхема MC74VHC1GT08 представляет собой усовершенствованный高速 КМОП-элемент И на два входа, изготовленный по технологии кремниевых затворов КМОП. Она обеспечивает высокое быстродействие, аналогичное эквивалентным биполярным элементам Шоттки ТТЛ, при сохранении низкого энергопотребления КМОП.
- Внутренняя схема состоит из трех каскадов, включая буферный выход, который обеспечивает высокую помехоустойчивость и стабильный выходной сигнал.
- Особенности
- • Высокое быстродействие: tPD = 3,5 нс (тип.) при VCC = 5 В
- • Низкое энергопотребление: ICC = 1 мкА (макс.) при TA = 25°C
- • Совместимость по входам с ТТЛ: VIL = 0,8 В; VIH = 2 В
- • Совместимость по выходам с КМОП: VOH > 0,8 VCC; VOL < 0,1 VCC при нагрузке
- • Защита от отключения питания на входах и выходах
- • Сбалансированные задержки распространения
- • Совместимость по выводам и функциям с другими стандартными логическими семействами
