Семейство операционных усилителей MCP6141/2/3/4 с неединичным коэффициентом усиления от Microchip Technology Inc. работает при однополярном напряжении питания всего 1,4 В, потребляя при этом менее 1 мкА (максимум) тока покоя на усилитель. Эти устройства также предназначены для поддержки работы с входами и выходами типа «rail-to-rail» (от шины до шины). Такое сочетание характеристик подходит для батарейных и портативных применений.

• Низкий ток покоя: 600 нА/усилитель (типовое значение)
• Произведение коэффициента усиления на полосу пропускания: 100 кГц (типовое значение)
