Description
- NCP1253 — это высокоинтегрированный ШИМ-контроллер, способный обеспечить построение надёжного и высокопроизводительного импульсного источника питания в миниатюрном корпусе TSOP−6. При диапазоне напряжения питания до 28 В контроллер содержит тактовый генератор с джиттером на 65 кГц или 100 кГц, работающий в режиме управления пиковым током. Когда мощность на вторичной стороне начинает уменьшаться, контроллер автоматически снижает частоту переключения до минимального уровня 26 кГц. При дальнейшем снижении мощности прибор переходит в режим пропуска тактов, ограничивая пиковый ток.

- • Снижение частоты до 26 кГц и пропуск циклов при малой нагрузке
- • Регулируемая компенсация наклона
- • Внутренний фиксированный мягкий старт 4 мс
- • Защита от короткого замыкания с таймером: автовосстановление или фиксация
- • Джиттер частоты в нормальном режиме и в режиме снижения частоты
- • Защёлкиваемая защита от перенапряжения (OVP) по VCC
- • Работа при напряжении VCC до 28 В
- • Чрезвычайно низкая потребляемая мощность в режиме ожидания без нагрузки
