Description

NCP59744 — это двухканальный сверхнизкого падения напряжения линейный стабилизатор, способный обеспечивать выходной ток более 3,0 А с типичным падением напряжения 115 мВ при полном токе нагрузки. Устройства стабильны с керамическими и другими выходными конденсаторами с низким ESR. Данная серия содержит версию с регулируемым выходным напряжением от 0,8 В. Внутренние функции защиты включают встроенную тепловую защиту и защиту от ограничения выходного тока. Доступны программируемые пользователем выводы плавного пуска и Power Good. NCP59744 выпускается в корпусах QFN20−5x5−0,65P и QFN10-3x3-0,50P.
