Description

The PMEG060V100EPD is a low VF planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky Barrier Rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It is encapsulated in a power and flat lead surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is suitable for use in free-wheeling application.
