- TC1264 представляет собой регулятор с фиксированным выходным напряжением, высокой точностью (обычно ±0,5%) и низким падением напряжения на КМОП-структуре. Разработанный специально для систем с батарейным питанием, КМОП-конструкция TC1264 устраняет потери тока через землю, значительно увеличивая срок службы батареи. Общий ток потребления составляет обычно 80 мкА при полной нагрузке (в 20–60 раз ниже, чем у биполярных регуляторов).
