TC4420/4429 — это однотактные драйверы MOSFET с пиковым током 6 А. TC4429 является инвертирующим драйвером (совместим по выводам с TC429), а TC4420 — неинвертирующим. Эти драйверы выполнены по технологии CMOS для снижения энергопотребления и более эффективной работы по сравнению с биполярными драйверами.
