Description
- Микросхемы управления серий TL284x и TL384x обеспечивают функциональные возможности, необходимые для реализации схем управления током с фиксированной частотой в автономных или DC-DC преобразователях при минимальном количестве внешних компонентов. Некоторые из внутренних схем включают блокировку при пониженном напряжении (UVLO) с пусковым током менее 1 мА и прецизионный опорный источник, подстроенный для точности на входе усилителя ошибки. Другие внутренние схемы включают логику, обеспечивающую фиксацию состояния, компаратор широтно-импульсной модуляции (ШИМ), который также обеспечивает ограничение тока, и выходной каскад типа «тотемный столб», предназначенный для отвода или подачи импульсного тока высокой амплитуды. Выходной каскад, подходящий для управления N-канальными MOSFET-транзисторами, находится в низком состоянии, когда он выключен.
