Description
- Семейство TLVx170 электромагнитно-совместимых (EMI) 36-В однополярных малошумящих операционных усилителей (ОУ) отличается коэффициентом нелинейных искажений с шумом (THD+N) 0,0002% на частоте 1 кГц и способностью работать от источников питания от 2,7 В (±1,35 В) до 36 В (±18 В). Эти характеристики, наряду с низким уровнем шума и очень высоким коэффициентом подавления помех по питанию (PSRR), делают одноканальный TLV170, двухканальный TLV2170 и четырехканальный TLV4170 пригодными для усиления сигналов на уровне микровольт. Семейство TLVx170 также отличается хорошими показателями смещения, дрейфа и полосы пропускания при низком токе покоя.
- В отличие от большинства операционных усилителей, характеристики которых задаются только при одном напряжении питания, семейство TLVx170 характеризуется в диапазоне от 2,7 В до 36 В и способностью переключать входные сигналы за пределы шин питания без инверсии фазы. Семейство TLVx170 также устойчиво при единичном усилении с емкостной нагрузкой 200 пФ, полосой пропускания 1,2 МГц и скоростью нарастания 0,4 В/мкс, что позволяет использовать его в преобразователях ток-напряжение.
- Входы устройства могут работать на 100 мВ ниже отрицательной шины и в пределах 2 В от положительной шины при нормальном режиме, а также с полным входным сигналом «rail-to-rail» при пониженных характеристиках. Устройства TLVx170 характеризуются в диапазоне от –40°C до +125°C.
