Description

Never worry about components seeing unstable voltages again by implementing this standard ZSR500GTA linear regulator manufactured by Diodes Zetex. It has an overall accuracy of ±2.5 %. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 2000 mW. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.2 A. It only needs a voltage of at least 7 V while not exceeding 20 V to effectively power your circuit. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 5 V, this is power management at its best. To produce a constant current at your output, supply your circuit with a load regulation of 25mV and line regulation of 40mV. Its maximum power dissipation is 2000 mW. This component will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for effective mounting and safe delivery. Its polarity is positive. This voltage regulation device has an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 125 °C.
