Description
- EL5100, EL5101 и EL5300 представляют собой высокоскоростные усилители с обратной связью по напряжению, основанные на архитектуре усилителей с токовой обратной связью. Это обеспечивает типичные преимущества высокой скорости нарастания, присущие семейству CFA, вместе со стабильностью и простотой использования, характерными для архитектуры VFA. Данное семейство выпускается в одноканальном, двухканальном и трёхканальном исполнении, с частотами 200 МГц, 400 МГц и 700 МГц. Работает от однополярного питания 5 В или от ±5 В при минимальном токе питания. У EL5100 и EL5300 также предусмотрена функция разрешения выхода, позволяющая перевести выход в режим высокого импеданса. Это даёт возможность объединять выходы нескольких усилителей для применения в мультиплексирующих схемах.
