Description
- This LDO NCV8668ABD150R2G linear regulator from ON Semiconductor gives you control over the voltage levels of your circuit. It has an overall accuracy of ±2 %. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.225@100mA|0.3@150mA V. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.15 A. Supply your circuit with sufficient power by implementing this, which requires a minimum input voltage of 4.5 V that does not exceed 40 V. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 5 V, this is power management at its best. At a load regulation of 40mV and line regulation of 20mV a constant current can be produced at the output of your circuit. This product will be shipped in tape and reel packaging to allow for quick mounting and safe delivery. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 150 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.45@100mA|0.6@150mA V. Its polarity is positive.
