Сдвоенные и счетверенные операционные усилители OP282/OP482 отличаются отличным быстродействием при исключительно малых токах питания. Скорость нарастания превышает 7 В/мкс при токе питания менее 250 мкА на усилитель. Эти усилители, стабильные при единичном усилении, имеют типовую полосу пропускания 4 МГц.
Входной каскад на JFET-транзисторах в OP282/OP482 обеспечивает типовой ток смещения, составляющий несколько пикоампер, и менее 500 пА во всем температурном диапазоне. Напряжение смещения составляет менее 3 мВ для сдвоенного и менее 4 мВ для счетверенного усилителя.
Благодаря широкому размаху выходного напряжения (в пределах 1,5 В от каждого источника питания), низкому энергопотреблению и высокой скорости нарастания OP282/OP482 идеально подходят для систем с батарейным питанием или приложений с ограниченной мощностью. Диапазон синфазного входного напряжения, включающий положительное питание, делает OP282/OP482 отличным выбором для высокоомного преобразования сигналов.
OP282/OP482 имеют технические характеристики, заданные для расширенного промышленного температурного диапазона. Сдвоенные и счетверенные усилители доступны в пластиковых и керамических корпусах DIP, а также в корпусах SOIC для поверхностного монтажа.
