- Микросхемы Intersil ICL7116 и ICL7117 — это высокопроизводительные, малопотребляющие, 31/2-разрядные АЦП. В их состав входят семисегментные дешифраторы, драйверы индикации, опорный источник напряжения и генератор тактовых импульсов. Модель ICL7116 предназначена для подключения к жидкокристаллическому дисплею (ЖКД) и включает мультиплексированный драйвер обратной панели. Модель ICL7117 способна непосредственно управлять инструментальным светодиодным дисплеем.
